Little Steps Childcare is committed and dedicated to providing a cozy, joyful and learning environment that feels like home away from home for each child. Our staff are very friendly and eager to support children in their social and Emotional Development. We aim at enhancing traditional child care methodologies and integrating extracurricular interests, such as arts and crafts, dance, cooking.
We offer programs for children ranging from Birth to 13 years old. Our curriculum provides developmentally appropriate learning opportunities to help your child become a confident learner.
Our infant area provides the highest quality care in an environment that is designed with the parent and child in mind. While in our care, each child will be stimulated through music, stories, facial and verbal mimicking as well as lots of hugs and tickles. Infants will begin to meet new challenges as fast as they come, such as beginning to crawl.
At the toddler age, children begin to walk and eventually run, which are stages they accomplish in what seems like a blink of an eye. Your toddler will learn best if they are in a stimulating environment. At Little Steps Childcare we help to stimulate your toddler through, music, exercise, outdoor play, and learning simplicities envelop much of the day. Our dedicated staff assist each child to develop these skills through a trusting and loving relationship.
At Little Steps Childcare, we believe a good preschool can make a huge difference is a child’s future school years. We offer age appropriate programs for preschool children to help them learn in an environment that is nurturing and fun. Little Steps is subscribed to Creative Mother Goose Preschool Curriculum and follow their monthly curriculum guide.
